FAST, FURIOUS AND FUN!
Come hang out with SSA+S Tigers after
school...
We are looking for parent volunteers to
help run the school store from 3:40p.m. - 4:45p.m. If anyone
could commit to one day a week it would be much appreciated.
It is also an opportunity that your child can help you run the store
and earn school service hours.
If you are interested, please contact
Charlie at
slotabec@aol.com and we thank you for
supporting the PTSS!

Box Tops
The holidays are
fast approaching. If you are an online shopper, please
consider shopping through the Box Top 4 Education Marketplace.
Depending on the store, you can earn 6 or more box tops for every
$10 spent. Also, remember you can still earn volunteer time
when shopping online through the Marketplace. Just print out
your pending Marketplace Online Earnings and send it to SSA+S with
your name on it. To print your eBox Tops click on the
"Progress" menu, then click "Your Earnings". If you have any
questions, contact Angel Braasch at
bfam1y@verizon.net or call
941 302-3747.

Top 10 ways to earn money for SSA+S without spending unnecessary
money!
1.
Collect Box Tops for Education. They
will send us two checks a year. The deadline for the first
check is October 21st so please have all current Box Tops
in at this time. The deadline for the second check is March.
2.
Register (free) on the Box Top website and
enter the sweepstakes and play the games for a chance to win extra
money for the school. The games are fun. If you are too
busy have your kids play them, they will love it.
3.
When ordering items you need online, order
through the Box Tops Marketplace site and they will give Box Tops to
the school. They have over 150 companies to choose from.
4.
Collect the Tyson A+ project 1, 2, 3 logo on
any Tyson Frozen Chicken.
5.
Shop at Sweetbay and purchase any three items
on the “Support Local Schools” list and you will receive a voucher
to drop in the SSA+S box which is located at Sweetbay. This
promotion runs until December 6, 2011
6.
Collect used ink cartridges and bring them to
the front office.
7.
When thinking of Holiday gifts for family and
coworkers think of Honey Baked Ham. If you send in a check to
SSA+S PTSS and tell us the amounts of the gift certificates you want
we will purchase them for you and Honey Baked Ham will give 20% back
to the school.
8.
Collect coke reward caps on bottles and the
opening corners of the cardboard can boxes and send them into the
front office.
9.
Collect Labels for Education.
10. Target Credit Card and Target Visa Credit
Card account holders can sign up for the Take Charge of Education
Program by calling 1-800-316-6142 or by visiting Target.com/tcoe or
an in-store kiosk. Target will donate 1% of your purchase
total if you designate SSA+S as your school of choice.
Imagine, you can do all this to earn money for
the school, only spending on things you need and in some cases
helping to save the environment.
Thank you for your support!

Attention all Sweetbay Supermarket Shoppers!
Sweetbay started a program that helps support local schools.
From now until December 6th if you shop at Sweetbay and
buy 3 or more items with a “Support local schools” tag, you will get
voucher money for our school. You can either drop it in the
SSA+S box at Sweetbay or you can bring it to school and drop it in
our voucher box. At the end of the promotion they will write
us a check for the amount of vouchers we have collected.
That’s right; we get cash for our school just by shopping for things
we usually buy. If you go to
www.sweetbaysupportsschools.com you can view the list of
products that will earn money for SSA+S. Some of the products
also have Box Tops for Education, Tyson Project A+ labels and Labels
for Education. Now we can earn money from various
organizations all in one stop.
An added bonus is that the school that brings in
the most voucher dollars wins an additional $10,000 for their
school.
Thank you Sweetbay and Happy Shopping!
